The Dover Apartments
The Dover Apartments are located on 6th and Marion in downtown Seattle. These apartments were built in the early 1900's; through the years this building has been renovated and given an upgraded touch but still keeps its vintage charm.
The Dover is in a very central location with-in walking distance to many of downtown Seattle's "hot spots". Many residents bike or walk to work, entertainment, and shopping. The residents have access to laundry facilities and soon to be storage areas through-out the building with a monthly fee.
The building has on-site maintenance 5 days a week and an on-site resident manager who is available 24/7 and holds office hours Tuesday through Saturday 11am to 7pm.

- Application fee: Non-refundable ~$43.93 per person, pay directly to On-Site.com
- Deposit: * 90% of a month rent.
- We require 1st month rent, deposit and 10% of a month rent as non-refundable admin fee.
- We have 6, 9, and 12 month leases and advertised rent is for 12 month Lease only.
- Pets <20lb is allowed with a 25% of a month rent as pet deposit and $20 pet rent.
-Residents are responsible for Water and Electric, which we bill out every two months.

We use On-Site.com to screen tenants and do not accept a comprehensive reusable tenant screening report.
Monthly combined application income-to-rent ratio is at least 2.5: Extremely important
Gross monthly net income (after rent and estimated debt) is at least $800.00: Extremely important
Employment verification must not be verified false: Pass/Fail
Maximum percentage of past due negative accounts is less than 25.0%: Moderately Important
Unpaid collections (including past due accounts) do not exceed $2,000.00: Pass/Fail
May have been through a bankruptcy: Very important
No landlord/tenant court record, eviction lawsuit or unpaid landlord collection filed: Pass/Fail
Rental history verification must not be verified false: Pass/Fail
Criminal History: based on updated Federal, State and/or City legislation whenever they changed.
